HYPERLITE 5-Panel Hat

The edges of the bill is fraying and falling apart. I contacted customer support and they said they would not honor their lifetime warranty because they deemed it as normal wear and tear. I had the hat for maybe three months. I’ve had other hats for many years and still don’t show any sign of falling apart. It’s really sad that this company wouldn’t honor their warranty. The issues my hat has are definitely not normal. If this is normal for this hat it means it’s crap. Spend your money elsewhere.

This is dialed in. It’s low profile, perfect on bald/short hair, sits low and on the head not like other hats that have room for hiding a small cat underneath. Adjustable. Black. Minimal black on black branding. 5 Stars.
