Return Policy

On-Set Black Return Policy

 

We are happy to accept orders for return or exchange 30 days from the date of purchase if your items meet the following criteria:

 

1. Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
2. Items must not be washed.
3. Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
4. Items must be returned in all original packaging and contain all original package contents. 
5. I acknowledge all returns will require me to pay for my own shipping label.  

We do not honor returns or exchanges for orders places out of the United States. If you plan to order from a different country, you will not have a return or exchange opportunity.

• In the return or exchange package you are sending back, please place a note in the package with your Order Number and the word RETURN or EXCHANGE to help our team remediate your order faster.  

 We will cover shipping costs for all exchanges.
